Today, 28.02.22 was the kick-off meeting for a new collaborative partnership project between Iceland and Portugal focused on fish-skin valorisation.  The project is funded by an EEA grant and creates a bilateral opportunity for partners from Portugal and Iceland to meet, share knowledge, opportunities and challenges for valorising fish skin for health and well-being uses.

The project is led by the University of Minho, Portugal.  It brings together Icelandic partners: Iceland Ocean Cluster, Matís, Codland and The University of Iceland, and Portuguese partners: The UMinho-3B´s Research group at the University of Minho.
